Training : Change Management

Training on Change Management endeavors to inspire change in management practices at the Rural the Electrification Board (REB). An initial training program was held at Dhaka Regency Hotel from October 11th -14th, 2010. Key personel from REB attended the program conducted by Centre for Management Development (CMD). This training was organized by ICEA Component 1.
The overall project objective of this training is to strengthen rural electric cooperatives (PBSs) the REB and the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission.
